I honestly have no idea what this spell is supposed to do, because it never appears to work. (Maybe it was removed from the remakes because no one knew what it was intended to do in the first place?) I've tried as a Thief and as a Wizard. I've tried casting it on monsters, chests, and coffins. As far as I can tell, it's a waste of Gold and Experience.
