The PrismSpecs grant a flat 50% bonus to damage dealt, whether by normal attacks or by techs. They are one of the best accessories in the game, if not the best. Some accessories are more useful or convenient, but when it comes to beating enemies as quickly as possible, this is probably your best bet.
